Alfa Vitamins® Laboratories, Inc., established in 1994, has steadily built a strong reputation in the developing, manufacturing, and marketing of nutritional supplements and OTC products of the highest quality for the national and international market. Our products include a wide range of tablets, capsules, soft gels, liquids, powders, and creams.
Alfa Vitamins®, has made its international presence know through the quality of its products, attention to the tiniest detail, unfailing work ethics, intense desire for challenges, and achieving the highest standards of excellence. We are currently manufacturing and distributing to customers in over 36 countries around the world. Our international licensing and registrations departments work closely with each customer to guarantee compliance and documentation to meet each country's needs and regulations.
Alfa Vitamins®, is housed in a 30.000 sq. ft. concrete building with seven landing bays concrete floor, all under air conditioning. Our facility includes offices, manufacturing and warehousing space.
We currently have two packaging lines capable of packing 840,000 bottles per month, development and quality control, departments.
Alfa Vitamins® SOPS ( standard operating procedures) are conformed to current acceptable levels of quality and manufacturing as predicated on 21 CFR 100 for food supplements, in compliance with proposed NNFA and USP guidelines.
Labeling and label control procedures are performed in a restricted area under the strictest supervision of quality control; marketing and others conformed to current DHEA guidelines as of march 1999, where applicable.
The quality control department operates under the direction of a highly qualified professional, with over a decade of experience in quality assurance, and quality controls.
At specific phases during the packaging procedure, the products undergo in-process physical evaluation and the finished products are evaluated by the quality control department. Quality control performs stability studies in order to assure the expiration dates of all products.
